กระบวนการพิจารณาบทความ Peer Review Process
บทความทุกเรื่องผ่านการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer Review) ในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในรูปแบบ Double-blind โดยผู้เขียนต้องแก้ไขตามข้อเสนอแนะและส่งบทความฉบับแก้ไขภายในกำหนดการ ทั้งนี้กองบรรณาธิการและคณะกรรมการจะเป็นผู้พิจารณาตัดสินขั้นสุดท้าย Every submitted paper undergoes double-blind peer review by qualified experts in the relevant field. Authors must revise their paper according to the reviewers' recommendations and submit the revised version within the deadline. The editorial board and committee will make the final decision.
จริยธรรมการวิจัย การคัดลอกผลงาน และการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) Research Ethics, Plagiarism & Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
บทความที่ส่งต้องเป็นผลงานต้นฉบับของผู้เขียน ไม่เคยตีพิมพ์ที่ใดมาก่อน และไม่อยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาของแหล่งอื่น โดยอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มาให้ครบถ้วน หลีกเลี่ยงการคัดลอกผลงานผู้อื่น (Plagiarism) และการคัดลอกผลงานตนเอง (Self-plagiarism) Submitted papers must be original work by the authors, not previously published elsewhere, and not under consideration by another source. All sources must be fully cited, avoiding plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
- งานประชุมวิชาการฯ อนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องมือ AI เชิงสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือช่วย เช่น ตรวจและปรับภาษา จัดรูปแบบ หรือสรุปความ Generative AI tools may be used as an aid, e.g., for language editing, formatting, or summarizing.
- ผู้เขียนเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบความถูกต้อง ความน่าเชื่อถือ และความเป็นต้นฉบับของเนื้อหาทั้งหมด Authors are responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and originality of all content.
- ต้องเปิดเผยการใช้ AI ไว้ในบทความ (เช่น ส่วนวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย หรือกิตติกรรมประกาศ) พร้อมระบุชื่อเครื่องมือ เวอร์ชัน และลักษณะการใช้งาน The use of AI must be disclosed in the paper (e.g., in the methodology or acknowledgements section), stating the tool name, version, and how it was used.
- ห้ามใช้ AI สร้างข้อมูล ผลการทดลอง หรือรายการอ้างอิงที่ไม่มีอยู่จริง (Fabrication) AI must not be used to fabricate data, experimental results, or references that do not exist.
- ผู้เขียนต้องตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงและการอ้างอิงที่ได้จาก AI ทุกครั้งก่อนนำไปใช้ Authors must fact-check and verify all citations obtained from AI before use.
วารสารที่เข้าร่วมการประชุม Participating Journals
หากผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมวิชาการมีความประสงค์จะตีพิมพ์บทความลงในวารสาร ให้เลือกการลงทะเบียนเป็น TH-Journal หรือ EN-Journal ต้องชำระค่าลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมนำเสนอบทความก่อน ทั้งนี้การรับตีพิมพ์บทความเป็นการพิจารณาของวารสารนั้น ๆ และฉบับ/ปีที่รองรับบทความของแต่ละวารสารอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความเหมาะสม Participants wishing to publish in a journal should select TH-Journal or EN-Journal registration type and must first pay the conference registration fee.
